Terms of Service

Effective July 7, 2026 · Pilot program terms

These terms govern your use of PracticeVue, a financial forecasting service provided by Eastfield Consulting LLC (“we,” “us”). By using PracticeVue during the pilot, you agree to them.

The pilot program

PracticeVue is currently an invite-only pilot. During this stage (Stage 0) there is no fee to use the service. The service is provided as-is and as-available: features may change, and occasional downtime or rough edges are part of the deal. We will communicate meaningful changes to pilot participants by email.

Your data

Your practice owns the data you enter or import into PracticeVue. We claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to operate the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it is handled.

Forecasts are estimates

PracticeVue produces financial projections based on the assumptions you provide. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees, and nothing in the service constitutes financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on PracticeVue outputs are your responsibility; consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Acceptable use

Use PracticeVue only for your own practice's forecasting. Do not enter patient or client health information (the app is designed to hold none), attempt to access other accounts' data, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastfield Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service — including business decisions made in reliance on forecasts, lost profits, or loss of data. Because the pilot is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Termination and export

You may stop using PracticeVue at any time and request a full export of your data, deletion of your account, or both. We may suspend or end the pilot (or an individual account that violates these terms) with reasonable notice; if we do, you will have the opportunity to export your data before it is deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
